Job summary

Immersive Labs, based in the UK, seeks a motivated FP&A Analyst to join our finance team on a hybrid basis. The role owns performance analysis, budgeting support, and advanced data modelling across multiple systems. You’ll partner with various departments to drive insightful, timely financial decisions and help scale our SaaS business.

Qualifications

• CIMA fully qualified accountant; ACA/ACCA with post-qualification FP&A would also be considered
• Excellent communication skills to partner and build relationships with colleagues outside of finance
• Self-starter comfortable working with autonomy, takes initiative and spots opportunities to add value
• Hands-on approach, willing to get stuck in and support across a broad range of priorities
• Budgeting and forecasting skills and knowledge of variance analysis
• Strong attention to detail, logical thinker and able to multitask
• Strong Excel skills and financial modelling capabilities
• Curious about AI/LLM use cases to enhance financial analysis (Desirable)
• Experience with SQL and modern data stack tools (Snowflake/dbt) is desirable
• Experience in SaaS or international business contexts (Desirable)

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance indicators, highlight trends and analyse causes of variance
• Analyse complex financial information and reports to provide timely financial recommendations to management
• Produce regular ARR, cost and metric reports with insights for stakeholders, focusing on GTM performance
• Own discrete areas of planning and analysis and manage stakeholder relationships
• Assist with the annual budget process
• Maintain workforce costs, forecasts and analysis
• Help document and improve FP&A processes
