Job summary

Marex Group plc is seeking a skilled FP&A data specialist to develop automated data solutions for management information, external disclosures and planning across the firm. You will build dashboards, reports and models, aligning with Marex’s data architecture and listed environment standards.

Qualifications

• Experience using data analytics, modelling and visualisation tools such as SQL, Python, Alteryx or Power BI preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial reporting processes
• Experience handling large, complex datasets and ensuring data quality
• Experience in a regulated financial services environment and related reporting requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop automated solutions to meet FP&A requirements, globally across the firm, for management reporting and external disclosures
• Build an extensive knowledge of Marex’s business operations, covering analytical requirements, booking models, source systems and data flows
• Develop firm-wide financial datasets for management, forecast financials and external disclosures
• Rapidly automate specified business requirements, develop dashboards, reports and models
• Maintain the target state data requirements and collaborate with enterprise data teams
