Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking a Data Decisioning Manager in the UK to shape strategy, design decisioning and automation frameworks, and lead delivery for major clients. You will translate complex data and model outputs into actionable solutions across telco, media, and financial services sectors.

The role combines strategy, architecture, and hands-on delivery, with leadership of technical workstreams and mentorship of junior team members. A strong technical and client-facing mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a decisioning, data science, marketing technology, or customer analytics delivery role.
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering NBA/NBO solutions in a commercial environment.
• Deep understanding of decision logic: suppression, fatigue management, prioritisation, and arbitration.
• Experience with one or more decisioning platforms (Pega CDH, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Target/AEM/Campaign, Braze, Iterable).
• Strong predictive modelling knowledge for decisioning: propensity, churn, CLV, uplift, and incrementality.
• Experience designing valid champion/challenger and multivariant tests and holdout methodologies.
• Ability to evaluate model performance in business terms.
• English fluency and ability to work with global, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement NBA/NBO decisioning frameworks and rules.
• Operationalise propensity models, uplift models, CLV scores, and churn predictions.
• Use value-based decisioning logic with long-term customer value considerations.
• Define feature engineering requirements for predictive power in decisioning.
• Architect real-time decisioning solutions integrated with CRM and data platforms.
• Advise on technology choices — purpose-built vs platform, capex vs opex.
