Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Data & AI Strategy Manager to guide clients in creating and capturing value from AI and data. You define enterprise and function-level AI strategies, develop roadmaps, shape operating models, embed Responsible AI, and drive large-scale tech-driven transformations.

You will engage senior stakeholders, lead workstreams, build data assets, and tie AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes across multiple UK locations.

Qualifications

• AI & Data experience — solutioning, designing, or delivering AI & Data projects.
• High-value consulting experience with large-scale delivery and leadership.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders.
• Engineering problem-solver mindset applying tech to business problems.
• Strong program management and verbal/written communication skills.
• Driven and entrepreneurial with go-to-market capabilities.
• Leadership to build teams, foster collaboration and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and opportunities for data & AI led business reinvention.
• Define and structure data & AI strategy to grow data assets and AI tech.
• Assess maturity of AI & data foundations and outline required building blocks.
• Create business case, investment profile and roadmap for strategy delivery.
• Infuse Responsible AI and plan ecosystem partnerships and operating model.
• Identify people, processes and tech to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and commercialization opportunities.
