Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Data & AI Strategy Manager in the UK to advise clients on creating and capturing value from AI and data. You define enterprise AI and data strategy, build value cases, shape operating models, embed Responsible AI, and lead large-scale transformations with senior stakeholders.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights, lead workstreams, and tie AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes across London, Bristol, Birmingham or Manchester.

Qualifications

• AI & Data experience — including solutioning, designing, or delivering AI & Data projects
• High-value consulting experience, including large-scale delivery with minimal oversight and proven ability to lead workstreams and meet deadlines
• Experience in managing senior stakeholders
• Engineering problem-solver mindset — apply technology to complex business problems
• Strong program management and verbal and written communication skills
• Driven and entrepreneurial: ability to originate and shape new deals and lead go-to-market activities
• Excellent leadership and people skills: build effective teams and stakeholder relationships

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for data & AI led business reinvention.
• Define and structure an organization’s data and AI strategy for growth and competitive advantages.
• Assess maturity of AI and data foundation and define required building blocks.
• Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver the strategy.
• Infuse Responsible AI into vision and roadmap and plan partner ecosystem use.
• Identify people, processes and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities
