Job summary

Open Partners in Manchester is seeking a versatile designer who loves pushing design boundaries and experimenting with cutting edge tools. This role is hybrid with in-office collaboration days as needed.

You’ll combine visual craft with agile production workflows and a next-gen AI-enabled creative tech stack to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned outputs for diverse campaigns. The position is full-time and based in Manchester.

Qualifications

• Multidisciplinary design across graphic design, editing, motion design and visual storytelling.
• Growing familiarity with AI tools and generative software in creative work.
• Strong eye for visual design across social platforms and digital channels.
• Ability to translate briefs into strong visual concepts and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee high visual standards across static, motion and digital outputs.
• Seamlessly flex across brand identity design, social-first assets, performance creative, pitches and rich media production.
• Pair design craft with an AI-enabled creative tech stack to speed up production while maintaining quality.
• Engineer deliverables to maximise audience engagement and client conversion benchmarks.
• Collaborate with Media, Creative and Data specialists to turn strategy into high-performing creative work.
• Experiment with new visual formats, animation techniques and creative products to stay ahead.
