Job summary

Open Partners in Manchester is seeking a Junior Creative Partner to join our Studio team. You’ll blend graphic design, editing, motion and AI-enabled workflows to deliver high-impact assets across paid and organic channels.

You’ll collaborate with account leads, strategists and cross-discipline teams to turn strategic ideas into compelling visual concepts that perform for clients and delight audiences. This is a hybrid role with in-office collaboration days as needed, offering growth

Qualifications

• Multidisciplinary design and motion craft across static, motion and digital outputs.
• Curiosity for using AI tools and generative software with traditional creative platforms.
• Strong eye for visual best practices across social, rich media and digital channels.
• Ability to translate briefs into strong visual concepts with strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and proactive deadline management.

Open Partners is looking for a multidisciplinary Junior Creative Partner to join our fast growing Studio team. Blending graphic design, editing, motion design and AI supported workflows, you will work fluidly across a range of client projects to build assets that drive performance for both paid and organic channels. Working alongside account leads, strategists and cross discipline teams, you’ll turn strategic ideas into high impact digital experiences that grab attention and drive real results.

Your Role & Responsibilities

You’ll combine visual craft, agile execution and next-gen production workflows to keep our creative output top tier:

• Craft & Quality Governance: Guarantee an exceptionally high visual standard across static, motion and digital outputs, sticking closely to brand guidelines and platform specs.

• Versatile Studio Execution: Seamlessly flex across brand identity design, social-first assets, performance creative, pitches and rich media production.

• Co-Intelligent Production: Pair your core design craft with an AI-enabled creative tech stack, using generative tools and smart automation to speed up production without sacrificing quality.

• Performance-Driven Design: Engineer deliverables specifically designed to maximise audience engagement, reach and client conversion benchmarks.

• Cross-Discipline Collaboration: Partner with Media, Creative and Data specialists across the agency to turn strategy into high-performing creative work.

• Creative Innovation: Experiment with new visual formats, animation techniques and creative products to keep agency output ahead of the curve.
