Job summary

Annapurna is seeking a Senior AI Creative Technologist to shape how generative AI is applied across large-scale creative, content, and brand initiatives. This is a role blending creative thinking, technical experimentation, and systems design to build practical AI-enabled tools and workflows.

You’ll work with multidisciplinary teams to turn emerging AI capabilities into scalable experiences that improve quality, speed, and creative output.

Qualifications

• Experience designing AI-powered workflows across text, image, video, and multimodal outputs.
• Strong understanding of large language models, image generation, video generation, and multimodal AI systems.
• Ability to turn ambiguous creative challenges into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

As they continue to expand their AI capabilities, they’re looking for a Senior AI Creative Technologist to help define how generative AI is applied across large-scale creative, content, and brand initiatives.

This is not a traditional engineering role. It’s an opportunity for someone who can combine creative thinking, technical experimentation, and systems design to build innovative solutions using the latest AI technologies.

You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to transform emerging AI capabilities into practical tools, workflows, and experiences that improve quality, speed, and creative output at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and building AI-powered creative workflows across text, image, video, and multimodal systems
• Developing reusable frameworks, prompt architectures, and workflow patterns that enable consistent outputs
• Prototyping new AI-driven experiences, products, and creative tools
• Collaborating with designers, strategists, creatives, developers, and AI specialists to bring ideas into production
• Evaluating emerging AI technologies and identifying opportunities to create competitive advantage
• Driving experimentation while maintaining a strong focus on scalability, quality, and governance
• Helping establish best practices around prompt design, workflow orchestration, and creative AI implementation

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working in Creative Technology, Design Technology, Innovation, Emerging Technology, Generative AI, or similar environments
• Strong understanding of large language models, image generation, video generation, and multimodal AI systems
• Experience designing structured prompt systems and AI-assisted workflows
• Ability to turn ambiguous creative challenges into scalable technical solutions
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools, APIs, and automation platforms
• Familiarity with tools such as ComfyUI, creative coding frameworks, workflow orchestration platforms, or prototype development environments
• Strong appreciation for creative excellence, brand consistency, and user experience
• Portfolio demonstrating a combination of technical problem-solving and creative innovation
