Job summary

Moody’s is seeking a contract lifecycle professional to manage end-to-end contracts for a dedicated sales portfolio. You will draft, negotiate, and execute Tier 1 agreements, working with Sales, Legal, Finance, Billing, and other teams.

In this role, you’ll analyze licensing, pricing, and terms to support growth, renewals, and revenue expansion while ensuring compliance with internal policies. You’ll leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and mitigate risk.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting, negotiating, and executing complex contracts with internal policy compliance.
• Ability to analyze pricing, licensing, and terms to support business objectives.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle to support business growth and client satisfaction.
• Lead end-to-end contract process for new business and renewals with a sales team.
• Advise on commercial approaches, identify contractual risks, and accelerate deal closure.
• Analyze customer information and pricing to support cross-selling and revenue growth.
• Draft and negotiate Tier 1 sales agreements in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer data across CRM and other platforms.
• Review contracts for completeness and compliance for order processing and downstream activities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Billing, and other stakeholders on complex transactions.
• Serve as a trusted contact for client inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
