Qualifications

• Minimum two years of contract-related experience in procurement, finance, legal, sales support, or related environment.
• Strong knowledge of contract drafting, negotiation, and execution practices while maintaining policy compliance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across Sales, Legal, Finance, Billing, and other stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with CRM platforms and contract management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle to support business growth and operational excellence.
• Oversee end-to-end contract process for new business and renewals with a dedicated sales team.
• Participate in pipeline reviews to advise on commercial approaches and accelerate deal closure.
• Analyze customer information, licensing, pricing, and terms to support cross-selling and revenue growth.
• Draft and negotiate Tier 1 sales agreements in line with internal policies and regulations.
• Maintain accurate customer data across CRM and other platforms to ensure consistency.
• Review contracts for completeness and ensure supporting docs are ready for order processing.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Billing and stakeholders to modify contracts as required.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
