Job summary

LexisNexis Regulatory Compliance is seeking a Product Manager to shape AI-powered capabilities across the RegCompliance+ platform. You will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, prioritise enhancements, and deliver solutions that improve user experiences and drive customer value.

• Experience in a product management, business analysis, or closely related role.
• Familiarity with AI-driven product development and how AI creates customer value.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer-centric mindset with curiosity about user behaviour and unmet needs.
• Structured approach to prioritisation and organisation.
• Collaborative working style and cross-functional partnership.
• Experience in SaaS, information services, legal, compliance, or B2B tech environments; exposure to user research, A/B testing, or product analytics.

Responsibilities

• Analyse usage data and synthesize feedback to understand user needs.
• Define and prioritise feature requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Contribute to market and competitive research for positioning decisions.
• Develop deep understanding of regulatory compliance landscape and workflows of target personas.
• Own and manage product features and AI capabilities through full lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to provide clear requirements throughout development.
• Monitor post-release performance using metrics and feedback for iterations.
• Communicate progress and trade-offs with stakeholders across content, editorial, sales, and marketing.
