Job summary

LexisNexis Regulatory Compliance is hiring a Product Manager to shape and deliver AI-powered capabilities across the RegCompliance+ platform. You will collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, prioritise features, and drive outcome-focused improvements in user experiences.

• Experience in a product management, business analysis, or closely related role.
• Familiarity with AI-driven product development and how AI creates customer value.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to write clear requirements for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer-centric mindset with curiosity about user behaviour and unmet needs.
• Structured approach to prioritisation and organisation.
• Collaborative working style.
• Experience in SaaS, information services, legal, compliance, or B2B tech environments; exposure to user research methods and product analytics.

Responsibilities

• Analyse usage data and synthesize feedback from commercial teams; partner with UX Research to understand user needs.
• Define and prioritise feature requirements and acceptance criteria across the product.
• Contribute to market and competitive research to inform positioning and decisions.
• Develop deep understanding of regulatory compliance landscape and target personas’ workflows.
• Own and manage features and AI capabilities across RegCompliance+ through discovery to launch.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to provide clear requirements and timely input.
• Monitor post-release product performance using metrics and feedback for iteration.
• Partner with content, editorial, Sales and Marketing to communicate progress and trade-offs.
