Job summary

LexisNexis Regulatory Compliance seeks a Regulatory Intelligence professional to monitor EU developments and transform complex legal changes into practical intelligence for compliance teams across Europe. You will contribute to evolving, technology-enabled workflows within a collaborative global team.

The role requires a law degree and strong editorial skills. You will draft regulatory alerts, maintain content quality, and support sales and product teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• Experience in regulatory intelligence, regulatory change management, compliance, legal publishing, legal practice, governance, risk, public policy or regulatory affairs.
• Strong knowledge of EU regulatory structures, legislative processes, institutions and authorities.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, drafting and editorial skills, with the judgement to distinguish material change from routine activity.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory developments into concise, practical content for organisations operating across jurisdictions.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail in a fast-moving environment.
• Collaborative, commercially aware and adaptable approach across regions and time zones.
• Financial services experience and familiarity with content management, structured publishing or AI-enabled research workflows are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor legislative, regulatory, policy and supervisory developments across EU institutions, European regulators and priority member states.
• Assess relevance, materiality, timing and customer impact; identify matters for alerts, content updates or escalation.
• Draft clear regulatory alerts, summaries, updates and guidance explaining changes and practical considerations.
• Maintain accurate European regulatory intelligence content across coverage areas.
• Support customer discussions and provide input to Sales, Product, Marketing and other teams.
• Review content for accuracy, clarity and completeness; resolve gaps or duplication.
• Contribute to improvements in regulatory intelligence processes and workflows.
