Hanson Search partners with a technology-led SaaS business to appoint an AI Marketing Manager in Central London. You will own campaigns, content and product marketing support end to end, with AI tooling as your primary operating layer.

This highly executional role requires around four years in B2B marketing; salary is £40,000 to £45,000 plus a performance bonus. In-office five days a week, with the option to work from home on Thursdays.

Qualifikationen

• Around four years+ in B2B marketing with ownership across campaigns and content.
• Daily use of AI tools in a professional context.
• Grit and a bias for speed; able to ship without waiting for perfect conditions.
• Highly executional; able to go from strategy to delivery with limited support.
• Strong editorial judgement and analytical instincts.
• Fluent in CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot, Salesforce, Braze).

Aufgaben

• Own campaigns end to end across paid, email, and organic channels.
• Produce high-volume content across long-form, social, email, landing pages, and sales enablement.
• Leverage AI to accelerate copy, targeting, performance iteration, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Revenue to keep pipeline moving and prevent stalls.
• Build prompt libraries and asset workflows for the wider team.
