Job summary

Leonardo UK Engineering is building an AI-enabled engineering capability. You will deploy into projects, helping to scope and solve high-value engineering problems using the platform’s tooling.

You will collaborate with the AI platform team on architecture decisions and work with process owners to change how we engineer. This role also involves building custom apps and templates to improve modelling and simulation tooling.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI-enabled tooling and model-driven engineering.
• Ability to reason about systems and architecture in interdisciplinary settings.
• Proactive, data-driven approach to changing engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Deploy into projects to scope and solve high-value engineering problems with the platform’s tooling.
• Collaborate with the AI platform team on architecture and design decisions; influence process owners.
• Build custom apps, workflows and templates to enable development and modelling tooling.
• Become the expert user, understanding tooling opportunities and failure modes.
