OpenAI is seeking a Fullstack Engineer focused on child safety to build data-intensive, AI-powered applications and infrastructure. You will create tooling that enables operators and investigators to work more efficiently and safely, handling high-severity content with care.

You will prototype, build, and maintain intelligence systems, collaborating with Product Policy, Platform Integrity, Safety Systems, and Research teams to deliver impact in a data-driven way.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience building intelligence systems for triage and review of high-severity harm.
• Ability to design end-to-end systems across UI, services, and data pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Prototype, build, and maintain intelligence systems that detect and triage high severity harm.
• Develop across the stack: UIs, services, pipelines, and tooling for investigators.
• Collaborate with Product Policy, Platform Integrity, Safety Systems, and Research teams.
• Contribute to technical strategy for child-safety related tooling and systems.
• Report on impact in a data-driven fashion.
• Operate in ambigious, fast-moving environments to deliver reliable tooling.
