Job summary

Arm is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in AI Enablement to work with software teams across CE-SW, applying AI to improve engineering workflows. The role involves building prototypes, tools, and production-quality examples, and contributing to dashboards and documentation.

You will operate in a hybrid setup between Cambridge or Manchester, collaborating with engineering and security teams to deliver practical, compliant AI-enabled solutions with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering skills with CI concepts.
• Practical experience applying generative AI or AI-assisted tools to software development workflows.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to evaluate options and select solutions.
• Experience reviewing technical work and providing constructive feedback.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with software teams to understand workflows and opportunities for AI enablement.
• Design, build, test and maintain prototypes and production-quality AI-enabled tools.
• Contribute data and analysis to AI enablement dashboards and communicate progress.
• Produce technical documentation and reusable examples for engineering teams.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, data protection and responsible-AI requirements.
