Job summary

Arm is seeking a Staff Engineer to lead AI developer tools and platforms, delivering reliable APIs, libraries and platforms for AI workloads on Arm hardware. You will influence architecture, product roadmaps and ensure high-quality developer experiences across the stack.

You will work across developer tools, runtime services and deployment workflows, combining engineering excellence with a strong user focus.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Linux and container environments.
• Experience delivering quality software with automated tests and CI/CD.
• Ability to navigate unfamiliar domains and propose practical solutions.
• Passion for building developer tools and intuitive workflows for AI workloads.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain developer-facing APIs, libraries, tools and platforms over hardware, deployment environments and runtime capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership for AI developer tooling and shape architecture and roadmaps.
• Deliver high-quality developer experiences and optimize workflows for performance, power, reliability and observability.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, UX and other teams to align technical decisions with product goals.
• Drive code quality and ecosystem adoption through testing, reviews and upstream/open-source contributions.
