Job summary

Metronome is seeking an AI Native Solutions Architect to own the technical win and drive fast-moving AI deals from discovery to live deployment. You will lead technical engagements with AI-first companies, craft tailored demos, and guide customers through POC and implementation.

You will pair program or collaborate with customer teams, write integration guidance, and design pragmatic upstream/downstream integrations to speed time-to-value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical, customer-facing SaaS roles (sales engineering, solutions architecture, technical account management, or implementation consulting).
• 1+ years of experience working with, at, or selling to AI companies.
• Proven ability to own and drive customer-facing engagements and relationships independently.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems, write code snippets, and guide technical implementations.
• Experience in high-velocity environments where speed-to-value matters and customers need to launch quickly.
• Excellent communication skills with technical buyers (engineers, product managers, technical founders).

Responsibilities

• Owning the technical win: lead discovery, demos, POC, and technical win through the deal cycle.
• Driving hands-on implementation: provide implementation plans, write code snippets, and integration guides.
• Building deep AI market expertise: understand monetization challenges of AI providers and advise on pricing and packaging strategies.
