Job summary

Stripe is seeking an AI Native Solutions Architect for the Metronome AI Native Solutions team. You will own the technical win for fast-moving AI companies, guiding from first call through technical win and hands-on implementation to ensure rapid go-live.

You’ll craft tailored demos, design integration plans, and accelerate time-to-value with hands-on coding and guidance, while building deep AI market expertise and coordinating with engineering, product, and finance stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical, customer-facing SaaS roles (sales eng, solutions architecture, ACTM, implementation)
• 1+ years working with AI companies or selling to AI teams
• Proven ability to own and drive customer-facing engagements independently
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to learn new systems and write code snippets
• Experience in high-velocity environments where speed-to-value matters
• Excellent communication with technical buyers (engineers, product managers)

Responsibilities

• Own the technical win: guide inbound leads through discovery, demos, POC, and technical win
• Drive hands-on implementation: deliver clear implementation plans and write integration guides
• Build AI market expertise: advise on pricing, packaging, and AI industry trends
• Collaborate across engineering, finance, product, and customer teams to create champions
