Job summary

Metronome is seeking an AI Native Solutions Architect to own the technical win for fast-moving AI companies, with hands-on implementation and close collaboration across engineering, finance, product, and customer teams. You will drive discovery, demos, POCs, and integrations to enable rapid time-to-live of usage-based billing solutions.

You will pair-program, write code snippets, and deliver actionable implementations while staying current on AI pricing models and industry trends.

Qualifications

3+ years in technical, customer-facing SaaS roles.
1+ years working with AI companies.
Proven ability to own and drive customer engagements and relationships independently.
Strong technical aptitude with ability to learn new systems, write code snippets, and guide technical implementations.
Experience in high-velocity environments where speed-to-value matters.

Responsibilities

Own the technical win: guide discovery, demos, POC, and closing with technical leaders.
Drive hands-on implementation: deliver actionable plans, code snippets, and integration guides.
Build AI market expertise and relationships with AI orgs across engineering, product, and finance.
