Job summary

Metronome AI Native Solutions Architect role sits at the intersection of technical sales, implementation, and customer success. You’ll own large portions of the deal cycle from first call to technical win and get hands-on with implementation to get customers live quickly.

You’ll lead technical wins for fast-moving AI companies, run tailored demos, write integration guides, and partner with engineering, finance, and product teams to remove blockers and accelerate time-to-value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical, customer-facing SaaS roles (sales engineering, solutions architecture, or implementation consulting).
• At least 1 year working with or selling to AI companies and understanding their needs.
• Proven ability to own and drive customer engagements independently.
• Strong technical aptitude to learn new systems, write code snippets, and guide implementations.
• Experience in high-velocity environments where speed-to-value matters.
• Excellent communication with engineers, product managers, and technical founders.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical win: lead discovery, demos, POC, and win for qualified inbound leads.
• Run streamlined demos tailored to technical founders and product/engineering teams.
• Provide clear, actionable implementation plans and integration guides.
• Pair program with customer teams during POCs and initial setup.
• Develop deep AI market knowledge and advise on pricing and packaging strategies.
• Stay current on AI industry trends and competitive dynamics.
