Job summary

Thoughtworks seeks a Principal Engagement Lead (Technology Advisory) to drive AI-native advisory engagements. You’ll translate client goals into strategic execution, leading delivery teams and balancing strong opinions with intellectual curiosity to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will own engagement delivery, structure AI-enabled workstreams, and coordinate with client CTOs, CIOs and program leads. A background in consulting and technology, plus experience with pre-sales and risk management,

Qualifications

8–15 years of experience in consulting and strategy with technology background.
Strong track record in advisory and strategy spaces.
Comfort with pre-sales work including pricing engagements, proposals, RFIs and RFQs.
Ability to design workflows around AI, assess AI output confidence, and continually upskill.

Responsibilities

Own the delivery of outcomes by translating client goals into workstreams, milestones and outputs.
Structure and drive AI-native advisory engagements across teams and stakeholders.
Orchestrate AI-native delivery across analysis, scenario modeling, workflow generation and documentation.
Ensure quality and coherence of engagement outputs, maintaining business relevance and technical feasibility.
Interface with client delivery leadership to translate recommendations into actionable paths and navigate tradeoffs.
Proactively manage risks and adapt approaches to maintain progress.
Develop reusable delivery patterns and repeatable engagement models.
