Job summary

Carrington Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking an AI Advisory Manager, with a consulting background, to join a fast-growing AI, Digital, Data and Technology Innovation practice in London. The role involves leading client conversations, shaping AI strategy, and running workshops on client sites, with travel reimbursed where applicable.

You will work from Central London offices 3–4 days per week, and collaborate with teams to deliver actionable AI-driven strategies using Claude and other

Qualifications

• Proven consulting experience in a professional services/advisory setting.
• Experience leading client interviews and workshops.
• Strong understanding of AI strategy and deployment across business functions.
• Hands-on use of Claude and other AI tools for client deliverables.
• Knowledge of cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience with data governance and AI agents is a plus.
• Ability to build business cases or ROI models for technology spend.
• Experience managing small teams or coaching others.

Responsibilities

• Lead client conversations and workshops to shape AI strategy.
• Develop and present clear recommendations and roadmaps.
• Contribute hands-on with Claude to produce client materials and diagrams.
• Lead small teams and mentor junior colleagues.
• Engage with clients across financial services, private equity or public sector.
