Job summary

Thoughtworks in London is seeking a Principal Engagement Lead to steer AI-native advisory engagements, translating client goals into strategy and measurable outcomes. You will own the delivery of outcomes and shape working solutions across senior client stakeholders.

With 8–15 years in consulting and strategy, you will lead pre-sales, pricing, proposals, and RFIs/RFQs, and design AI-driven delivery patterns while ensuring quality, risk management and clear narratives that connect advisory

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in consulting and strategy.
• Strong background in technology and advisory/strategy space.
• Experience with pre-sales work including pricing engagements and proposals.
• Ability to design workflows around AI and evaluate AI output.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of outcomes by translating client goals into workstreams, milestones, and outputs.
• Structure and drive AI-native advisory engagements across teams and stakeholders.
• Orchestrate AI-native delivery, designing how AI is used across analysis and documentation.
• Ensure quality and coherence across the engagement and narrative.
