You will be working with the best in the DeepTech industry, recruiting for clients such as:

• LLM/TTS companies valued at over $3 billion, partnered since infancy.
• AI application developers achieving rapid growth, e.g., from zero to $30 million ARR in under 120 days.

The role is primarily a 360 recruiting position. The company faces high demand for top talent and is seeking skilled recruiters to place candidates in leading DeepTech firms across:

• Robotics
• Computer Vision
• GenAI
• Machine Learning
• Deep Learning
• Reinforcement Learning

Logistics of the role include:

• Ideally 2 days per week in their Canary Wharf office, with some flexibility.
• Competitive base salary (discussed based on experience).
• No threshold or desk fee.
• Commission starting at 25%, increasing up to 55%, with an average fee of £40K-£60K, and record fees up to £240K.
