Senior / Principal Recruiter - AI

Not fully remote but with flexible WFH options.

Ideal candidates will have experience in tech recruitment, especially in Robotics & Autonomous Systems, and be excited about working in this market.

The role involves working with top-tier clients in DeepTech, including companies with multi-billion dollar valuations and rapid growth stories.

The position is primarily a 360 recruitment role, with high demand for talent in Robotics, Computer Vision, GenAI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning.

Logistics include:

• Typically 2 days in Canary Wharf office (flexible).
• Strong base salary (discussed DOE).
• No threshold or desk fee.
• Commission starting at 25%, increasing up to 55%, with high earning potential given average fees of £40K-60K and record fees of £240K.
