Senior / Principal Recruiter - AI

Not fully remote but with flexible WFH options.

Join an agency with an impressive global client base in DeepTech, AI, and Hedge Funds.

With a background in agency recruitment within the Tech space, especially Robotics & Autonomous Systems, I find this business exciting, and I believe others in the market will too.

You will be working with some of the most prominent clients in DeepTech, including companies with multi-billion dollar valuations and rapid growth stories.

The role is primarily a 360 recruitment position, focusing on placing top talent in Robotics, Computer Vision, GenAI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning.

Logistics include:

1. Typically 2 days in the Canary Wharf office, with flexibility.
2. Competitive base salary (discussed DOE).
3. No threshold or desk fee.
4. Commission structure starting at 25%, tiered up to 55%, with average fees of £40K-£60K and record fees up to £240K.
