Previously worked as an agency recruiter in Tech, focusing on Robotics & Autonomous Systems, I am excited about this opportunity.

You will be working with the best in DeepTech, recruiting for clients like:

• LLM/TTS companies valued over $3 billion
• AI App-Builder with $0 to $30 million ARR in under 120 days

The role involves:

• A 360 recruitment position, with high demand due to client growth
• Placing top candidates across Robotics, Computer Vision, GenAI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning

Logistics:

• Ideally 2 days in Canary Wharf office (flexible)
• Strong base salary (discussed DOE)
• No threshold or desk fee
• Commission starting at 25%, tiers up to 55%; average fee £40K-£60K, highest on record £240K
