Job summary

Fitch Learning seeks an AI Learning Sales Team Leader to drive enterprise revenue growth for AI-enabled learning and SaaS-based education solutions in financial services. You will lead a team of up to four specialists and own high-value, executive-level client engagements.

The role requires a senior sales leader with a proven record in enterprise SaaS, AI-driven solutions, and consultative selling within workforce learning or digital transformation in financial services.

Qualifications

Senior B2B sales experience with a proven track record in winning enterprise deals.
Experience selling enterprise SaaS or platform-based solutions.
Strong consultative and value-based selling capabilities.
Experience leading and coaching high-performing sales teams while closing strategic deals.

Responsibilities

Own AI learning sales performance across enterprise clients in financial services education.
Lead high-value AI-enabled learning platform opportunities.
Represent Fitch Learning's AI proposition with senior clients and internal stakeholders.
Manage a personal portfolio of strategic AI learning and SaaS opportunities and lead priority deals.
Coach and develop a team of up to four AI Learning Sales Specialists.
