Job summary

Kroll is seeking an AI Learning Manager on a 6-month contract with the potential to go permanent. The role focuses on delivering AI learning, enablement, and adoption across the organisation, ensuring learning moves from content to real workflow integration.

You will work under the AI Learning and Enablement Lead, coordinating learning pathways, workshops, and champion networks, while measuring impact and continuously improving programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning and development, learning operations, programme delivery, talent development, onboarding, or workforce enablement.
• ChatGPT experience.
• Experience coordinating and delivering learning programmes within a global or matrixed organisation.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience supporting learning events, workshops, office hours, or capability-building programmes.
• Strong programme coordination, organisation, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong learner-focus and commitment to delivering a high-quality participant experience.
• Ability to work through ambiguity while maintaining structure and execution discipline.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to build effective working relationships across business and support functions.
