Job summary

Environment Bank Ltd. is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to scale AI across the business, driving practical value from tools and platforms while ensuring responsible use.

You will train teams, prototype automations, and build an internal AI capabilities network in a fully remote setting with occasional in-person workshops. You will work with the Data, Systems & GIS teams to map workflows, identify opportunities, and empower colleagues to own AI-enabled solutions, strengthening biodiversity

Qualifications

• Experience using LLM platforms for real work tasks.
• Workflows automations and prototyping experience.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops.
• Ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong problem-solving and translating business needs into use cases.
• Excellent communication to non-technical colleagues and trainees.
• Ability to work in a fully remote team.
• Curious mindset with enthusiasm for AI and environment.

Responsibilities

• Champion the responsible use of AI across the business.
• Develop training, guidance and documentation for AI tools.
• Lead structured discovery to map how work is done and identify opportunities.
• Maintain a prioritized pipeline of AI and automation opportunities.
• Prototype and test new tools, turning opportunities into solutions.
• Enable colleagues to implement simple AI solutions themselves.
• Create and update internal docs and training materials.
• Build a network of AI champions and self-serve guidance.
• Establish guardrails for responsible AI use, balancing productivity with security and quality.
