Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking an AI Capability & Learning Consultant for a 6-month FTC contract in London. You will drive enterprise-wide AI capability growth, shape adoption of AI tools like Copilot, and create scalable learning experiences that translate into measurable business impact.

You will design learning pathways, build communities, and measure outcomes while embedding responsible AI practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Change Management, or Workforce Transformation.
• Track record of assessing capability needs and driving adoption, behavior change, and measurable business results.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management and storytelling skills to influence across functions.
• Ability to design and deliver scalable learning experiences for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-wide AI capability growth by identifying skill gaps and defining learning priorities.
• Shape AI adoption by designing practical learning experiences for applying AI tools in daily work.
• Create learning pathways delivering measurable outcomes for various talent groups.
• Build a culture of responsible AI use in learning resources and programs.
• Partner with teams to pilot and scale AI use cases to boost productivity and adoption.
• Develop resources and communities—toolkits, case libraries, champion networks, and communications.
• Measure impact with data on capability growth, confidence, and business outcomes.
• Monitor emerging AI trends and translate into scalable capability strategies.
