Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Master eGain's AI knowledge management platform and advise on its impact on enterprise operations.
• Identify and engage enterprise prospects through strategic outreach.
• Qualify leads and set up meetings for senior Account Executives.
• Represent eGain at industry conferences, engaging directly with prospects.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand customer challenges and position solutions.
• Learn enterprise SaaS sales methodology from experienced mentors.
