Job summary

Dex partners with teams to build AI-native engineering environments, transforming complex software into high-fidelity, resettable simulations for AI agents. You will own the technical plan, lead a small squad, and create tooling to enable rapid, automated code generation and testing.

You will collaborate across production systems and modern SaaS domains, coordinating work with 1–2 engineers and driving architectural decisions in a frontier AI setting.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on software engineering experience in production.
• Experience leading 0-to-1 projects and coordinating small teams.
• Practical exposure to cloud systems and CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Transform production systems into interactive, resettable AI training environments.
• Lead the technical design for cloning complex applications for rapid iteration.
• Build AI scaffolds, tooling, and verification harnesses for fidelity.
• Orchestrate LLM agents to automate code generation, scraping, and testing.
• Drive 0-to-1 projects while coordinating work with engineers and making technical decisions.
