Job summary
Monq is seeking an experienced AI Implementation Manager to own end-to-end enterprise deployments, translating complex requirements into actionable plans and coordinating across Product, Engineering, and GTM. You’ll act as the primary advisor to Fortune 500 procurement and IT stakeholders, ensuring go-live on time and delivering measurable outcomes.
You will work in a remote-first environment with global deployments, building scalable delivery playbooks and contributing to the product roadmap
Qualifications
- 4+ years in software implementation or enterprise delivery.
- Proven track record delivering complex enterprise deployments.
- Experience with senior enterprise stakeholders (CPOs, CIOs).
- Ability to manage timelines, dependencies and risk with light process.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end implementation projects from kick-off to go-live.
- Translate procurement requirements into structured designs and plans.
- Serve as primary contact for Fortune 500 procurement/IT stakeholders.
- Identify risks, manage escalations, and communicate without surprises.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering and GTM teams across deployments.
- Define go-live criteria and success metrics for each deployment.
- Contribute to documentation and training materials for customers.
