Job summary

Complexio is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer projects for our AI-driven enterprise platform. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with customer goals and Complexio’s capabilities.

You will act as the primary contact for customers, translate business needs into actionable plans, and drive value realization through regular reviews and risk mitigation. This role offers a high-visibility, fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience in AI, SaaS, or data-driven enterprise solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of customer projects, ensuring delivery within timelines and scope.
• Bridge between technical teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities by business impact.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from kickoff to completion.
• Define project plans, objectives, scope, deliverables, and KPIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (pods, data scientists, engineers, business analysts).
• Track progress, identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies.
• Translate customer use cases into actionable project plans and ensure feasibility.
