Arise Virtual Solutions Inc. seeks a CMO to lead growth and monetization using AI agents, automation, and models to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns.

You will own strategy, execute independently, and document data-driven outcomes. This role requires hands‑on experience with AI tools, multi‑channel campaigns, pricing, and ROI optimization, with collaboration across product and design while maintaining clear KPIs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in growth, monetization, or as a CMO/marketing lead, using AI to deliver results.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools: LLMs, marketing automation, agentic workflows, and prompt design.
• Strong analytical skills in pricing, conversion optimization, and ROI-focused campaign management.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for growth and monetization initiatives, from strategy to execution, via AI agents and automated workflows.
• Develop scalable acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell campaigns driven by AI.
• Set clear, measurable goals and use AI to monitor ROI, KPIs, and performance in real time.
• Optimize campaigns, pricing strategies, and user journeys using AI-driven analytics and experimentation.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to implement high-impact features.
