Private Equity Insights Ltd. is hiring for a Growth role in our London office. You will own outcomes from week one, learn to map the market of private equity investors, and deploy AI to outperform large teams. This is an entrepreneurial, fast-paced role with opportunities to travel to our conferences.

You will work in sprints, write persuasive copy, and build scalable systems that drive revenue and impact. A strong work ethic and a proactive, ownership mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience
• Bachelor's or master's degree with strong results
• UK work permit; we do not sponsor visas
• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
• Exceptional drive and desire to be the best
• Proactive ownership of everything you do
• Humble and passionate about building and developing people
• Interest in continuous learning and proactively seeking optimisations
• Willing to travel up to 20 days a year

Responsibilities

• Build the audience by identifying, targeting and converting funds into our community
• Own marketing channels that drive revenue and execute activities
• Write copy that persuades emails, landing pages and posts with AI support
• Sprint, test, and implement experiments to move the numbers
• Build scalable AI workflows and playbooks for repeat wins
• Do whatever it takes to win, including representing the company at events
