You will design, implement and test AI agents and workflows, collaborating with Technology, Data, Risk and Business teams.

Qualifications

• Strong practical experience building AI agents and automated workflows using generative AI.
• End-to-end AI use case delivery from problem definition through design, build and testing to a usable solution.
• Configuring inputs, tools, permissions and quality checks for AI solutions with clear controls.
• Solid understanding of large language models, retrieval approaches, and prompt design.
• Experience translating business needs into practical AI solutions for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in marketing, customer experience, or personalization is valuable.
• Experience working within risk, governance, security and control requirements in a large organisation.

Responsibilities

• Build practical AI solutions, turning marketing or customer challenges into clear design.
