Hastings Direct seeks a Head of AI Governance and Control to join the CIO Change and Governance Leadership team. You will provide independent oversight across the end-to-end AI lifecycle, delivering transparency, accountability and control assurance for all AI initiatives.

You will monitor, prioritise, decide and report on AI activity to ensure value while staying compliant with regulatory, legal, security and ethical requirements.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a fast-paced, evolving market with AI project delivery.
• Detailed financial and analytical abilities and inquisitiveness.
• Able to translate technical solutions into business terminology.
