Job summary

Intact Insurance is seeking a senior AI governance leader to define standards, methods and technical direction across the function. You will shape enterprise practices and act as escalation point for high risk issues.

You will build governance forums, advise senior stakeholders, oversee risk assessments, and create reusable guidance and artefacts while supporting audits and regulatory developments in AI governance. This is a hybrid, permanent role with strong development and impact opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Defines discipline standards, methodologies and technical direction.
• Leads cross-functional governance forums and advises senior stakeholders on AI risk decisions.
• Oversees risk assessments for AI initiatives and ensures remediation actions are delivered.
• Builds guidance, training and reusable artefacts for the organisation.
• Acts as SME for audits, regulatory requests and industry developments in AI governance.
