Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in London is seeking an AI Governance Manager to operationalize the firm's enterprise AI governance framework and ensure AI systems are assessed, approved, tracked and monitored in line with policy and regulatory expectations.

Reporting to the Director, Global Data Privacy & AI Governance, the role collaborates across Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Information Security, IT and business teams to enable scalable, day-to-day governance of responsible AI use globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in risk management, governance, privacy or internal audit.
• Strong familiarity with GDPR and risk-based governance concepts.
• Experience with AI governance, analytics or automated decision-making governance.
• Exposure to third‑party risk management or vendor due diligence.
• Ability to translate policy and regulatory requirements into operational processes.
• Experience working in complex, regulated global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize and continuously improve the enterprise AI governance framework and translate AI policies into practical governance processes.
• Coordinate AI governance activities across Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Information Security, IT and business teams.
• Manage the end-to-end AI Impact Assessment (AIIA) process for new and changed AI use cases and maintain the central AIIA repository.
• Ensure AI assessments address privacy, fairness/bias, explainability, security and regulatory considerations.
• Support maintenance of the AI regulatory register and monitor emerging AI regulations.
• Assist with third-party due diligence and vendor AI systems alongside Legal and Procurement.
• Support the Enterprise AI Council by preparing submissions and risk materials and tracking decisions.
