Job summary

Saragossa in the United Kingdom is seeking an IT End-User Compute specialist to shape our AI-forward tech backbone. You’ll join a small, sharp team where your work is visible and your input matters as we modernise the EUC function.

You’ll provide 2nd and 3rd line support across Mac and Windows, leverage Jamf for macOS, explore AI tooling to improve delivery, and enjoy a salary with a performance bonus plus private medical and dental insurance and on-site catering.

Qualifications

• Experience in Windows and macOS environments with MS 365.
• Proven 2nd/3rd line IT support experience in a mixed Mac/Windows setup.
• Familiarity with Jamf and AI tooling in workplace solutions.
