Job summary

Paragon is seeking an experienced EUC Engineer to join our IT team at the Dagenham site. You will ensure employees have a smooth, secure experience with devices, apps and desktops, whether in the office or working remotely or on the factory floor.

You’ll maintain desktop infrastructure, manage Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Intune, AD and patching, and work with IT teams to enhance user experience and security. On-call rota applies, and a driver is preferable.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in EUC/Desktop Support or IT Infrastructure.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS and end-user device management.
• Experience with EPC, Intune and Active Directory.
• Strong troubleshooting with a customer-first mindset.
• PowerShell scripting and automation are advantageous.
• Knowledge of VPN (SecurEnvoy) and Citrix is desirable.
• Mac devices configuration experience is a must.
• Networking basics: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and Wi‑Fi.
• Exposure to ServiceNow or Jira is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for desktops, laptops, mobiles, Macs and printers.
• Configure Windows 10/11 devices and software deployments.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams and OneDrive.
• Manage EPC, Intune, AD, and Azure AD; patch and deploy updates.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Ensure endpoint security with patching and encryption.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement changes and improve UX.
• Document systems and processes; assist users as needed.
• Possibility to travel to other sites as required; JML onboarding/offboarding.

Are you passionate about technology and delivering outstanding IT support? We’re looking for an experienced EUC Engineer to join our dynamic IT team here at Paragon based at our Dagenham site. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring our employees have a smooth and secure experience with their devices, applications, and desktops — whether they're in the office or working remotely or factory floor

As our EUC Engineer, you’ll play a key part in maintaining and improving our desktop infrastructure, helping users stay productive while making technology seamless.

Monday to Friday - 9am - 5pm

(On-call out of hours rota within the team)

Due to office location at Dagenham, a driver is preferable.

What You’ll Do

• Provide expert-level support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, Macs, dumb terminals and printers
• Configure and manage Windows 10/11 devices, software deployments,
• Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive
• Manage and maintain tools like EPC, Intune, Active Directory, and Azure AD
• Package, test, and deploy software and updates
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Ensure endpoint security through patching, antivirus, and encryption
• Work with other IT teams to implement changes and improve user experience
• Document systems, processes, and provide user support when needed
• Possibility to travel to other sites, if and when required.
• JML - Joiner, Mover, Leaver - procedures for onboarding new employees, managing internal transitions, and offboarding departing personnel

What We’re Looking For

• 1 + years of experience in a similar EUC/Desktop Support/IT Infrastructure role
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and end-user device management
• Experience with EPC, Intune (Endpoint Manager), and Active Directory
• Solid troubleshooting skills with a customer-first mindset
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation is a plus
• Knowledge of VPN software SecurEnvoy, and Citrix is desirable
• Knowledge of Apple Mac devices (Configuring and setting up ) is a must.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in Networking, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and Wi-Fi
• Exposure to ServiceNow, Jira or similar ITSM platforms
