Job summary

incident.io is the AI-native reliability platform trusted by engineering teams at Netflix, Etsy, and 2,000+ companies. As Commercial AE, you'll own full-cycle deals with outbound bias, targeting VP Engineering, CTO, and SRE leaders at digital-native companies.

You'll build your own pipeline, run creative outreach, and collaborate with a BDR, Solutions Engineer, and CS from early in the deal. Deals typically land in the $40k–$50k range, with potential to six figures.

Qualifications

• Closed deals at $40k–$50k ACV with sub-60-day cycles.
• Build your own lists and craft outbound outreach.
• Able to discuss technical topics with CTO/SRE leaders.
• Take initiative and work with minimal hand-holding.

Responsibilities

• Own your pipeline from the ground up and build target lists.
• Run outbound campaigns and proactive outreach to target accounts.
• Close deals with VP Eng, CTO and SRE leaders; typical cycle around 45 days.
• Collaborate with a pod including BDR, Solutions Engineer, and CS from early in the deal.
