Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a VP-level Technical Product Manager to lead an AI-native onboarding platform across products and geographies, partnering with engineering, operations, and risk/compliance.

This role emphasizes strong 0→1 product building, technical fluency, and an AI-first approach. You will own product delivery end-to-end: define outcomes, MVP scope, roadmap and release plans; translate needs into epics/stories and drive delivery with engineering.

Qualifications

• VP-level product leadership in a cross-functional, regulated environment.
• Technical product management with fluency in software delivery, APIs, and data concepts.
• 0→1 mindset: from concept to MVP to adoption in ambiguous spaces.

Responsibilities

• Own product delivery end-to-end: define outcomes, MVP scope, roadmap and release plans.
• Lead with engineering: translate needs into epics/stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Build AI-native capabilities with responsible controls and human-in-the-loop design.
• Design for modularity and configurability across products and regions.
• Define and instrument KPIs and iterate based on data.
• Align stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations and Risk/Compliance.
