Job summary

JPMorganChase in London invites a Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle for Core Deal Services, championing AI-first platforms and reusable capabilities across banking lines. You will shape vision, strategy, and roadmaps to deliver customer value, while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational resilience.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in technical program management.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Excellent communication skills; able to drive conversations with senior leaders and align multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience leading complex projects across time zones in a highly matrixed organization.
• Demonstrate adaptability to emerging technologies and changing business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover solutions and integrate them into the roadmap.
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog aligned to the strategic roadmap.
• Leverages AI solutions to support research, ideation, prototyping, and requirements.
• Builds framework and tracks key metrics such as cost, functionality, risk, and reliability.
• Defines OKRs with Product Ops and ensures reliability, compliance, and performance.
• Maintains comprehensive product documentation and governance alignment.
• Partners with controls, finance, compliance, legal, technology, and GTM teams to deliver solutions.
