Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Product Manager in Core Deal Services to lead the end-to-end lifecycle, prioritise AI-first solutions, and deliver reusable capabilities across Banking lines of business.

You will own the product vision, roadmaps, and go-to-market readiness, collaborating with engineering, operations, controls, finance, compliance, legal, and technology to ensure client value, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in technical program management.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Excellent communication skills; able to drive conversations with senior leaders and align diverse teams.
• Experience leading complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams across time zones in a matrixed organization.
• Demonstrate adaptability to emerging technologies and shifting business priorities, with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision that delivers customer value.
• Manages discovery and market research to identify customer solutions for the roadmap.
• Owns and maintains the product backlog aligned to the strategic roadmap.
• Leverages AI solutions to support research, ideation, prototyping, and requirements.
• Builds framework to track key success metrics: cost, features, reliability, risk posture.
• Defines OKRs with Product Ops and monitors KPIs for reliability and performance.
• Maintains comprehensive product documentation in line with governance and regulatory requirements.
• Partners with controls, finance, compliance, legal, technology, and GTM teams to deliver changes.
