Job summary

J.P. Morgan Asset and Wealth Management seeks a Vice President IPB Digital Advisor Platform Product Manager to lead an AI-enabled advisor toolkit, shaping the platform strategy for Advisors and Clients across 40+ markets.

You will partner with Front Office, Solutions, Design and Tech to deliver end-to-end digital capabilities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. You will define the product vision, Goals, and requirements, prioritise delivery, and drive measurable business value while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial services, preferably private banking or digital banking.
• Experience delivering multi-stream product delivery and launching new products to market.
• Ability to prioritise projects, say 'no' when required, and influence without authority in a complex, matrixed organisation.

Responsibilities

• Understand Advisor and business needs to inform initiatives and features for a scalable global platform.
• Define strategy, operating model, and roadmap to achieve vision and business goals with cross-functional partners.
• Lead the product development lifecycle and ensure design, requirements, and tested code align with plans.
• Establish approach to pilot and rollout new capabilities with clear objectives, training, and metrics.
• Embody customer obsession by leveraging data and AI-first insights to drive proactive engagement at scale.
• Develop relationships with senior leaders and cross-location teams to drive collaboration and value.
• Champion shared components and reusable capabilities to drive scale across the ecosystem.
